On April 8, 2011 USCIS issued a press release announcing that it continues to accept FY2012 H-1B cap-subject petitions, and that it will provide regular updates on the processing of such petitions on its website. As of 4/7/11, approximately 5,900 H-1B cap-subject petitions were receipted. See the full news update here.
