House Republicans have released a one-page document unveiling their bullet points for broad immigration reform. While much of the document focuses on security, it does provide for a rigorous path to legalization (but not citizenship) for the undocumented. A leap to the center this is definitely not, but it does show some movement from conservative lawmakers, and will form as a basis for negotiation with those who supported the bipartisan Senate plan passed last summer.
